Individual Therapy

Individual therapy—also known as one-on-one therapy—is a personalized form of psychotherapy tailored to your unique needs and experiences. In a safe, confidential space, you can explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviors with a licensed mental health professional.

I support clients aged 11 and over, and have experience working with a range of challenges, including complex trauma, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Autism (ASD), anxiety, depression, and parenting difficulties. Together, we can identify patterns and build strategies for coping and growth.
